Geese flow, and swallows dart—north, north, north we go! They soar over a ground that even in winter is filled with growth and renewal. Beets left in the dirt and harvested after first frost are candy sweet, as they use sugar as nature’s anti-freeze. A little sweet to go with the sharpest of chills.
Birds and plants, even in the season of hibernation we renew. Together we grow.
